The story of how I sent my package from Thornhill to Richmond Hill ( ~10 km distance away)
Called in first time Sept 22 or 23 (don't remember exactly) , the item status was still as of Sept 16. No change in a week time.

Package went from Centre Point plaza post office location to Mississauga, then went to Scarborough and then to it's destination (~110 km). What a waste of resources, gas and work power !!! I couldn't believe this.

Called in again on Sept 26, 2011, the item was scanned SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED at wrong location (Scarborough), so I assume that item was delivered to wrong place and have to call again.
Customer service explained to me that apparently an employee did a premature scan before delivering the item. So the status Item successfully delivered didn't actually mean that item was delivered ! Both times I called in the customer reps where not too nice considering the situation. Next time - Purolator.
